Our adult Kung Fu system is specifically designed to meet the training needs of the modern busy adult. Students can develop their fitness, lose weight and learn to defend themselves in a way that is both challenging and rewarding.

The training is a fusion of traditional Martial Arts concepts (as found in systems such as Karate, Wing Chun, and Tai Chi) and modern Combat Sports training that develops power, speed, and superb cardiovascular endurance, as well as fighting spirit.
Our Freestyle Kung Fu program is an effective close-quarters form of self-defense, focusing on quick hand fighting techniques and multiple strikes using fists, palms, elbows, and feet. It is logical, and scientific and will teach you how to release your body’s maximum power through good structure.
A large part of what we do in our Kung Fu school is partner work, which helps you to learn, test, and refine the skills and knowledge that work for you as an individual.
We work with you so that you understand the detail behind how to do the techniques, this ensures that you understand the technical aspects as they relate to your level of skill and experience.
Our progressive curriculum includes:
Boxing and kicking, close-quarter combat, power striking, grappling, pushing hands, locks, throws, and groundwork before then moving on to the traditional deeper levels of traditional Kung Fu training.
The teaching method is easy to follow, practical, and extremely effective for self defense. You will be taught how to apply your Kung Fu training to real-world fight situations in order to enable you to successfully defend yourself.
Our system of Kung Fu teaches a broad range of skills suitable for fitness, health, and self-protection.
