  2. Who can join the Adult Kung Fu class?
    Our Adult Kung Fu classes are open to individuals aged 14 and above, regardless of fitness levels or prior experience in martial arts. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, you are welcome to join.
  3. What should I wear to class?
    Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting athletic wear that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid wearing jewellery, and it is preferable to wear flat-soled indoor shoes or go barefoot.
  4. Do I need to bring any equipment?
    No special equipment is required. However, we recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. 
  5. Can I attend a trial class before committing?
    Absolutely! We offer a free trial class for newcomers to experience Kung Fu and determine if it is the right fit for them before committing to a membership.
